The games

Three games. All free. All instant.

Everything here runs in seconds — in your browser or on your phone — and respects your time and your data.

Yeti Run

Ski downhill. Don't stop. There's a yeti.

Endless pixel-art skiing with one-finger controls. Thread slalom gates to build combos, collect snowmen, unlock skins — and stay ahead of a yeti that never kills you, but absolutely will humiliate you. Runs last 20–60 seconds. Restarts take less than one.

Safari Merge

Merge your way up a real food chain.

A merge puzzler where the chain is genuine biology: 18 creature tiers from grass to elephant, each one unlocking a real animal fact. Chain combos, swap tiles to plan ahead, and don't let the board flood. The learning isn't bolted on — it is the game.

Deep Freeze Fishing

Drop a line through the ice.

A cozy-but-skillful ice-fishing game set beneath auroras: 65 hand-finished fish across five zones of increasing depth, a Fishdex to fill, and five boss duels that end with you flicking a monster into a moving beam of light. Currently in final polish.

How these get made

One person. Full-studio output.

Every game here is designed, art-directed, and playtested by me. The wiring — the code, the builds, the pipelines — is done by directing AI tools at production speed.

I make the game

Design, art direction, feel, and hands-on playtesting are all human. If it isn't fun on a real phone in a real hand, it doesn't ship.

AI does the wiring

Claude Code drives the Unity engine directly; ComfyUI and Procreate handle art at volume. What used to take a team happens in days.

Everything is verified

Automated acceptance tests and live playtests gate every change. Builds are checked by reading the evidence, not trusting the green light.

What I'm working on

Short, honest status posts. No newsletter, no pop-ups — just check back, or grab the feed once it exists.

Yeti Run is headed to the App Store

The iOS build is submitted and in Apple review — Sanktim's first native mobile release. Google Play is in closed testing behind it, and the YouTube Playables build is in progress. Meanwhile, Deep Freeze Fishing is in final polish. Good luck. It's gaining on you.

About

Hi, I'm Tim.

I've been obsessed with PC games since I was ten years old — never owned a console, always a keyboard. Sanktim Games is the grown-up version of that obsession: a one-person studio in Burlington, Ontario making the kind of games I loved back then — small, free, and playable the second you find them.

Every Sanktim game follows the same rules: free to play, no accounts, no data collection, and monetization you'd actually call fair — an optional ad here, a one-time "no ads" button there. Nothing else.

Sanktim Games is a registered sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada.
